coat and boots?
Today’s question is: Who dresses their dog up in a coat and boots?
Background: A year ago I didn’t have a dog and although the kids begged and begged daily, I knew we’d never get one. Then something happened, I can’t even explain it, but I started to warm up to the idea. Warming up to the idea essentially means, you’re getting a dog. Once you open pet finders and start looking around, they all look cute. Once you think a dog is cute, you’re a goner and you’re getting a dog, soon.
Our lovely little dog came via a rescue on Feb. 14th. He was about 2 at the time, named Coco (no longer his name) and was turned in by his family due to tough times. He was rescued from Kentucky by a company in Milwaukee. I found him there. Now his name is Packer because we got him from Packer territory. He’s a good dog, all 9 1/2 pounds of him.
Truth be known, I probably rolled my eyes at dogs dressed up in ‘get ups’ before. I mean who does that? Well, apparently I do……….
What has happened to me? bahahahaha my dog has a coat, and boots. And you know what? I think he needs them. Next thing you know I might just bring him along to a party.

I can honestly say … I never would have pictured you putting a coat and boots on a dog! But I agree with you … this year, the little ones need them! Brrrr!

I'm laughing at this because first off, I'd have NEVER pegged you to be a dog dresser, and secondly, because I posted something similar on my blog today too! Hahaha!!

Your dog looks embarrassed.
At least the coyotes won't get him now. He should easily be able to get away as they roll on the ground, laughing their AO.

I can just see this one on "I has a hotdog" with a funny caption. The things we end up doing, even when we swear up & down we'll "never" do it!

WOW, I'm shocked and amused, I buy it is cold out but if the dog gets an Easter bonnet, we are through

come on guys…don't you look at that picture and think *damn colette's dog is c*u*t*e, cute?
You know, he looks kind of sporty, I'm thinking if I get him one of those snuggies he may be just like the dogs on the back of the packaging and start showing me how *smart* he really is by playing chess!
LOL (I"m so kidding, but maybe not about him looking sporty, it's weird but he kind of does, doesn't he?)
Oh and I promise, no bonnet or bathing suit!
(oh and the coyotes are not laughing, they wish they had them too!)
